Commission Info
Hello! Please be sure to read everything before commissioning us. ♥
We appreciate the interest, but please know that we’re only 2 people. Only 1 of us creates hairstyles so it may seem slow, but I want your commission to be perfect.
I’ll only be working on up to 2 commissions at time. You can cancel yours at any time if you aren’t satisfied. Yes, even if I have started a mesh. I am 100% ok with that. I promise :)

Here’s some things to consider before you commission us:
- I am reserving the right to refuse if I don’t think I can make what you’re asking. I won’t let you pay for something that’s not good.
- Anything commissioned will be released to the public after 2 weeks per EA’s TOU. You can opt to have it public from the start if you don’t care.
- Anything commissioned also falls under our TOU. This means others may use the mesh to create other meshes.
- Essentially, you are paying for our time. Not the CC. This is due to EA’s policy on paywalls. However if you want to pay for an .obj or .blend then that would be yours to do whatever with.
General info:
- Hairstyles will come with the default 18 Ea Colors.
Extra “character” swatches are fine if your reference has a set color.
For accessories you can choose a palette or create one of your own. Its also okay for it to simply have the color in the reference and nothing else. :) I just want you to have options if you want. - It can take anywhere from a day to a week to finish your commission. I’ll keep you updated! We also have a status page.
- I will not take any commissions without at least one picture reference. This is about you and what you want! I don’t trust myself to find the right reference images on my own, especially since you’re paying!
- If your pc struggles with some hairs please be sure to let me know if you need something lower. You can check TSR to see polycounts and judge from there what range is good for you. Please don’t request a curly hair and expect it to be low. Curly hairs will almost always be high poly. I can only fake so much with texture. (Savvy vs Harleigh, Fake Curls vs Real Curls)
- We will send you a 360 gif of the final mesh! You can see examples of this on our upcoming cc page. I will also send cas screenhots/video.
How it works!
- You send in a submission with the form and references.
- I’ll begin trying to create the mesh.
If I can’t make it then I’ll have to decline :( - If I can make the mesh then I will mesh it until I reach a point where I can send you a work in progress shot of it for your approval.
If you want something changed you can let me know before I move on with the mesh. - Once the mesh is finished I will pack it up and send you Gifs, Video or Screenshots In-Game.
- If you’re satisfied with it then you’ll pay and I’ll send you the file. If you want something changed or notice a bug I will happily fix it, but I won’t be doing major changes. Please be sure you’re happy with it before paying!
Minor things would include things like ear clipping, bad morphs, color swaps or swatches.
Major things include shape changes, length changes, and removing or adding mesh. Those should be mentioned early!
If, for any reason at all you decide you don’t want to continue or you don’t like the mesh then I will archive the file and you don’t pay. I won’t be releasing it no matter how finished it is, but I will hold on to it in case you change your mind at any point.
-Archived/Canceled Projects over a year old are subject to eventual release or deletion.
Pricing:
- Hairstyle: 10$ / 12$ For all Ages
- Accessories: 5$ (this includes things like fantasy ears and horns)
- Extra complicated meshes: + 5$
- Variations: (+Rainbow, Bangs, or Misc.) +5$

Is there a polycount limit I should know of?(Optional!): Without getting too technical. Can your pc handle EA hairs, my hairs, or alpha hairs just fine?
Ea hairs are around 8k at most. Mine are around 15k with the occasional 20k. Alpha hairs are 20k+ You can check TSR to see Polycount of various hairs and judge from there.
Do you want your name included in the post?: I want to give you the option to be mentioned or kept anonymous. I can release it as a normal hairstyle or I can say it was a commission by you / unnamed. I don’t want to shine a light on you if you don’t want the attention.
Public or Delayed Release?: Do you want to keep it to yourself for 2weeks? If not then it’ll be released on the first available Tuesday or Friday unless you specify a date.
